A couple of questions about the comment box

Hey all! Great theme don't know what I'd do without it.

Two questions. First, I tried changing "Leave a Reply" to "Leave a Comment" via what "fromtheranks" says here:

but it didn't work... at least it hasn't yet. Maybe the old comments.php is cached on the server or something?

Also, I really want to add something that links to http://en.gravatar.com/ to direct people to get gravatar's. I'd like to add it to the right of "You can use these HTML tags" in the comments box. Is this possible?
