Hi there May I know how to hide the date,categories, Edit this Post, Newer Entries and Older Entries of every page ?

For date, categories and edit this post you need to go to Posts & Pages > Edit POST/PAGE INFO ITEMS

If you scroll down to the footer section near the bottom, you'll see where these items are. You can edit them any way you like, or delete them altogether but be aware that editing them will take a bit of reading to get how to do it. Also, 'edit this post' only appears to you because you're logged in, no other surfer will see that option.

For Newer Entries/Older Entries, go to Center Column > Next/Previous Navigation

You'll see the various options there, and can just delete them all if you like. Have a mess around with it and you'll soon get the hang of it.
