Reducing the Code to Text Ratio

Hi, I have noticed that the template makes the site quiet HTML / CSS heavy.

I know that this may be a compromise to having the site totally administered from a control panel. I was woundering if there was ways of getting the CSS which is loading in to each page created in a external script so its not classed in the code ratio?

Thoughts / help appreciated..

P.s I so far and blown away by this theme... Excellent and keep up the great work
