Hey I am getting this exactly since yesterday evening! Only thing is I didn't upgrade, it just started happening. Did you get anywhere with it?

Brian, what version are you on?

I was on version 3.6.1. Tried everything last night... deactivated all plugins, completely reset theme, even completely replaced 3.6.1 theme... nothing.

Today I completely removed 3.6.1 and put 3.6.0 on. No success.

Then removed 3.6.0 and put 3.5.3 on. It works!

The question is: Why did 3.6.1 suddenly stop working and is there a fix coming out in the next version do you know? I did see the other thread talking about changing php.ini etc

if 3.6.1 was working and you changed nothing, then I would suspect that your host did something to the server you were running on. You need to check with them as to what change occurred. Things don't stop working without 'something' happening.

You could be right.

Just to test it out I have put 3.6.1 back on as well and now 3.6.1 is working again. So yes, that would point to something on the host changing. I really don't know what has happened but I will speak to the host again and if I find anything will post it.

There WAS an issue with the server. An intrusion using an outdated version of a popular e-commerce system. First time in 5 years but there you go! Solved. The host restored from backup
