What area of ATO do I look to make these look more alike...not necessarily in color, but in format?

I have a similar question. Specifically, I am looking for a way to turn the grey area white. My menu appears identical to jstein's cifect.org menu with grey area that I cannot figure out for the life of me how to make go away. I changed all the menu/color settings on ATO and set everything to #fff. Would appreciate any guidance. Thanks
