Hi,
I can't figure out why or where this 1 px column extra is coming from. It is only on the very left hand side of the page and category menus. I have set up a totally separate installation of WP 3 and Atahualpa 3.5.3 to test my website. My current setup is Atahualpa 3.3.3 and WP 2.9.2. You can see the issue on the new setup here:

Just look at the left side where it says "Pano Blog" and you will see the extra px thickness. Any ideas on fixing that?

It's left padding on ul.rMenu-hor. Take a look in ATO>Add HTML/CSS Inserts>CSS Inserts

Ok that seemed to fix it, thanks for pointing me in the right direction. I know virtually nothing about any kind of coding though, but I was able to hack and guess my way to a fix with the help of Firebug!
