For some reason my posts have started showing up with the title Auto Draft instead of the title I entered on the backend. They show up correctly while I am creating the post, and even when I go in to edit it later, but on the front end where the visitor sees the post, it's putting Auto Draft.

Any ideas what went wrong?

This occurs because of a new function in WordPress 3. In the Atahualpa Post Options of a post or page you need to delete Auto Draft. If you don't see the Post Options you need to turn on that functionality in ATO>Configure SEO. After that see Post 7 of this thread to prevent Auto Draft from automatically populating that field.
