Wordpress Themes - WP Forum at BFA

There will be no more development for Atahualpa (or any other theme), and no support. Also no new registrations. I turned off the donation system. I may turn the forum to read only if it gets abused for spam. Unfortunately I have no time for the forum or the themes. How to change background opacity in header

I wanted to keep the opacity of the blog title/tagline at 100% but change the background to 70%. Any hints? I've been able to change ALL the elements, but not isolate the background...

One way is to use a semi-transparent png file as the background.
