There will be no more development for Atahualpa (or any other theme), and no support. Also no new registrations. I turned off the donation system. I may turn the forum to read only if it gets abused for spam. Unfortunately I have no time for the forum or the themes. After upgrading to 3.6.7 page menu has disappeared

After upgrading to 3.6.7 page menu has disappeared

After upgrading to 3.6.7 I cannot get the page menu to show any longer. The category menu works fine, but the page menu does not. I have tried in different browsers (FF, Safari, Chrome), but it is not working. Anybody else having the same problem?
