I'm a newcomer to wordpress. My right-aligned menu bar is blocking the blog title. Any idea how to remedy this, I'm going nuts. Many thanks.

What version of Atahualpa, WP and PHP?
please set the ATO->Configure CSS & JS options to Inline, Inline No, Yes

Thanks for the response. I'm using Atahualpa 3.4.1, the latest version of Wordpress, but not sure about PHP to be honest.

I've just made the changes you suggested

your blog title margin is the problem (ATO->Style & edit HEADER AREA->Blog Title)
you have it set to 'margin:18px 5px -18px 5px;'
the third number: -18px - moves the title down 18 pixels thus overlaping the area for the page menubar
