This is off by default, I have turned this feature on and the page now displays the comments, but does give the ability to add acomment.
I am new to the Atahulpa theme and am not sure if this is a config error on my part or a problem in the new 3.4.5 release.
Any advice would be appreciated.

There will be no more development for Atahualpa (or any other theme), and no support. Also no new registrations. I turned off the donation system. I may turn the forum to read only if it gets abused for spam. Unfortunately I have no time for the forum or the themes.
