There will be no more development for Atahualpa (or any other theme), and no support. Also no new registrations. I turned off the donation system. I may turn the forum to read only if it gets abused for spam. Unfortunately I have no time for the forum or the themes. Thanks a lot to the people who helped in all these years, especially Larry and of course: Paul. Take care and stay healthy -- Flynn, Atahualpa developer, Sep 2021

My only issue now is how do you style the menu bar when it is below the header? all my styles remain the same except the border?
There shouldn't be any difference in the style when you move the menu location. Are you saying it has changed?

Yeah when I move it the border shows up again as if i changed the style. It only does it when I use the %page-center code. If i do that the border shows up as dotted line again. When i just put the menu bar underneath the header but left aligned nothing changes. Thanks for the help.
Ahh, that the background for the container that holds the menu items - add this to the css inserts
HTML Code:
div#menu1 {
border: none 0px;
}
