Theme options showing no effect -- blogtitle & tagline uneditable

Hey everyone,

I'm really clueless right now. I have insterted a new logo image in the header area of my website (http://kikicomm.de), and now wanted to move the blog title and tagline around a bit. Nothing works, though. No matter how I edit the margins in the theme options, the darn things simply stay put. I tried styling both segments individually, as well as joined, overlayed styling, but none of the changes I try to make are in any way visible on the site.

Any clue as to why that might be?
