Wordpress Themes - WP Forum at BFA
There will be no more development for Atahualpa (or any other theme), and no support. Also no new registrations. I turned off the donation system. I may turn the forum to read only if it gets abused for spam. Unfortunately I have no time for the forum or the themes. Thanks a lot to the people who helped in all these years, especially Larry and of course: Paul. Take care and stay healthy -- Flynn, Atahualpa developer, Sep 2021

[SOLVED] atahualpa theme doesn't let open anything apart from the start screen

I've recently created a wordpress site and chose atahualpa as it seemed to be ideal for my needs. I've adjusted some colors, loaded a logo, and basically that's everything I had time to change. In a few days when I wanted to browse the theme options - it turned out that it doesn't open any settings page, only the start screen. I can't do anything. It just wouldn't load. What can be the problem and is it possible to resolve this issue? It's going on for about a week, so I've been patient I think.
I hope the problem is clear, English is not my mother tongue.
Thank you in advance.

If you switch to Twenty Eleven can you see the settings?
Are only the Atahualpa setting blank?
Did you make any changes to the theme files or were all of your changes made in the theme settings?

I am not sure how to switch to 2011, I need to download another version of the theme?
I've made changes only in the settings from wordpress dashboard, I didn't change any files, only uploaded logo, as was instructed in the theme.

I have atahualpa 3.7.9 and wordpress 3.4.2, if that's important

And the settings are not quite blank, they just won't load. So i have the start screen, and when I press any of the pages on the left - like, style and edit header area, or any of the rest - they don't load
and at the bottom I have only "reset all theme options button", but I'm afraid that if I use it I won't be able to restore what I've already changed

What I meant by switching to Twenty Eleven is switching to the default WordPress theme to see if you still have problems with seeing the theme settings.

I found the cause of the problem: Flashcard plugin when activated didn't let me enter the theme options. When switched off, everything functions properly. Thank you.
