It's 2.8.5, and you should be seeing an upgrade nudge in your dashboard. I just did it on one site, no problems encountered yet. After dealing with a very traumatic and expensive hacking episode in September, I'm ultra security-conscious now.

WP suggested running a plugin to find exploits left in WP files by a hacker, but I was not able to get it to run. I hope the upgrade itself was enough.

2.8.5 didn't break any of your plugins or anything? I'm thinking of upgrading but the move from 2.8.3 to 2.8.4. broke some plugins and it was a week or so before everything got fixed. I definitely don't want it to happen again!

So far, I don't see any problems, but I haven't really checked everything. I'm just so shell-shocked from being hacked, I would rather lose a plugin than have another hacking nightmare.
