There will be no more development for Atahualpa (or any other theme), and no support. Also no new registrations. I turned off the donation system. I may turn the forum to read only if it gets abused for spam. Unfortunately I have no time for the forum or the themes. Text Widget/Box over the Header Image

Hey,
at the beginning sorry about my english.

We (bildungsstreik-ffm.de) want over the head image a possibillity to show a short text.
Is there any solution?

If I understand you correctly you can just type in the text you want right before %image in ATO>Style & edit Header Area

no i mean like a overlay... i made a example with photoshop

Your solution works quite nicely. The only thing built in to Atahualpa is overlaying title and tagline.
