I see on the options that the fastest you can rotate an image is 1 second. Is there anyway that i can make my header rotate every .5 seconds instead? I am trying to some animation with the header and it would look much better if header could rotate quicker.

you could, but you will have to edit the theme code and/or the jquery that handles the images (you can find it in the 'js' folder) - You could look at the code and then go to the authors page to see what options you could use.

or you could look for another plugin and add a widget area to the header area.
