Wordpress Themes - WP Forum at BFA
There will be no more development for Atahualpa (or any other theme), and no support. Also no new registrations. I turned off the donation system. I may turn the forum to read only if it gets abused for spam. Unfortunately I have no time for the forum or the themes. Thanks a lot to the people who helped in all these years, especially Larry and of course: Paul. Take care and stay healthy -- Flynn, Atahualpa developer, Sep 2021

Hi

I'm trying to move a charity team website from plain HTML over to Wordpress. We currently have a menu that uses CSS to give a roll over effect, see http://www.italianjob.info/

After our hosting recently disappeared we're recreating the site on a new server and are trying to move over to Wordpress for this year's event, see http://italianjob.info/wordpress/

I'd like to be able to recreate a similar left hand side menu system and I've tried various ways to embed the relevant CSS to get a similar effect but can't see where or how to do it.

We raised just over £6,000 when we took part in 2007 and are hoping for a similar amount this year so could do with sorting the site out as soon as we can

Any suggestions / help would be much appreciated.

Thanks, the first link looks interesting

I did originally search for CCS (as per this thread's title) and it was only after posting the message I realised it should have been CSS (I edited the message later)

I've started installing the code but I suspect that it's designed for categories of blog post and not pages. Is it possible to use it for pages rather than posts?

Edit - I've changed ?php wp_list_categories to ?php wp_list_pages and I'm surprised to see it works. I just need to sort out the formatting (make each menu item deeper) and colours

Thanks

Mike
