My site is beverlythebichonlady.com - my header and background image will not show on my Welcome and About Us Page when using Google Chrome or Internet Explorer. It shows on Mozilla. I am using Wordpress Atahualpa. Please help.

make sure you clear your caches or shut off the plugin caches when making changes. then check things out.

yes, a caching plugin takes a snapshot of your pages and will show just that snapshot for a period of time, so when you are making changes, if you want to see the change, shut them off till you are done, then urn it back on.
