As on the main page is there a way to move the tags from the top of the post to the bottom?

what is your url? on my install tags do show on the bottom.

Sorry about that, I do seem to have some difficulties in my wording.

I haven't actually tried anything at the moment, one of my main issues is finding where to change the certain elements.
