There will be no more development for Atahualpa (or any other theme), and no support. Also no new registrations. I turned off the donation system. I may turn the forum to read only if it gets abused for spam. Unfortunately I have no time for the forum or the themes. [SOLVED] How to change two lines colors in the top and the booton of site

Hello everyone,

in every post there are two lines in the top and bottom of the page. I have changed all colors of my page, but i can't change those tho lines. How to change color of those lines? Please help me.
