Wordpress Themes - WP Forum at BFA

There will be no more development for Atahualpa (or any other theme), and no support. Also no new registrations. I turned off the donation system. I may turn the forum to read only if it gets abused for spam. Unfortunately I have no time for the forum or the themes. Where are my "front page displays settings?

Where are my "front page displays settings?

I am following an Atahualpa guide and was getting ready to set up the front page display so that I can have a static front page. Low and behold, those setting options are not available in my Reading Settings Subpanel. Where did they go?
