[SOLVED] Why? Duplicating post title?

After upgrading to Wordpress 3.1.4, I noticed that some of my post titles are being duplicated?

I cant seem to find what is causing this problem.
I am using All-in-one SEO plugin and Meta SEO pack as well.

Have tried deleting the post title but it stays there?
What am I missing?

first thing to try is reset your permalinks - change it to the default then back to what you have now.

Do you have all BUGFIX's for your version applied? (they can be found in the 'New Version & Updates' forum and sub forum)
--if not, apply them before we go any further and re-test

Resetting the permalinks did not work.

I looked at the bugfix from the other thread you mentioned, downloaded it ... now what do I do with it?
(sorry my knowledge of web page building is on a need to know basis ... I havent needed to know this yet

)

did you follow the directions? Also apply ALL the fix's for 367
