page menu bar - how to reduce the line height when the menu is two lines long

when there are enough page menu items for two lines, the space between the two lines is a little large. i imagine i need to add something to the css inserts but i've fiddled with padding and line height and nothing seems to do it. is there a solution? here's the current page :
