[SOLVED] My site just went down, it wasnt being edited, just viewing

and in the middle of bringing up a new page, it went white with just this.

PHP has encountered an Access Violation at 021FADD9

I can loggin, and the dashboard is there, but even previewing a page produces the error.

The host may have done something, and I have sent an Alarm, but if anyone has seen this, or has any clue....

My host has responded with the news that "an application" went down, and they restarted it.
