Just tested WP-cumulus and my site crashe upon activation. Had to be deleted manually. Too bad, it's otherwise a cool plugin. Has had any luck with it?

I noticed you opened a thread at wordpress.org and stated it doesn't work for you when using the default theme. That means it is not a theme issue.

Try disabling all your other plugins to see if there is a conflict

You are right! The culprit was a plugin called Rich Text Widget. Cumulus got activated after RTW was taken out. Thakn you.
