How to add a link to %meta%?

Hi there...
I was wondering if someone can help me figure out how to add a link to %meta%?

I have the following listed in the Kicker under Post Info Items:

To see the original post and more like this, please visit: %meta('syndication_source_uri')%

However, I can't seem to figure out how to add a link to the "syndication_source_uri".

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
