Wordpress Themes - WP Forum at BFA

There will be no more development for Atahualpa (or any other theme), and no support. Also no new registrations. I turned off the donation system. I may turn the forum to read only if it gets abused for spam. Unfortunately I have no time for the forum or the themes. Libraries : jquery-1.2.6 is needed ?

Libraries : jquery-1.2.6 is needed ?

I'm on WP 2.8 and Atahualpa 3.3.2. In my system I have these two libraries :

/wp-includes/js/jquery/jquery.js (1.3.x)
/wp-content/themes/atahualpa/js/jquery-1.2.6.min.js

Do I really need the Atahualpa one ? having a duplicate library adds 50 k to the weight of my pages.
