Is there an easy way for me to add courtesy links in the upper right hand corner of the header? We have so many menu items, I would like to break them up. The courtesy links would be in addition to %pages and the menu items would be unique from %pages. Thanks!

You can just use hyperlinks in various areas of the theme options. One place to look for placing links is in the ATO>Add HTML/CSS Inserts section.
