I personally prefer Atahualpa's native menus over Wordpress 3.0 menus for the following reasons: when using Wordpress 3.0 menus for building the "Categories" menu,...
- Every time you add a new category, you have not to forget to manually add the category to Wordpress 3.0 menu;
- Every time you move the existing category around in WP's category hierarchy, you have not to forget to manually move the category in Wordpress 3.0 menu.
