Problem with theme settings

Hi all,

First of all I'd like to say that I'm new at Wordpress and that my English is not so good

I was wondering if someone could help me out with the following?
I am having problems with the theme settings. Actually, I didn't change anything to the default settings but for some reason I can't see the 'Quicktag buttons' when posting a comment. Also the default comment title "One comment on 'Hello world!'" is shown instead of "One thought on 'Hello World!'".

What am I doing wrong here?
