[SOLVED] Comment form not showing on pages

Hi, i'm new to this forum but an Atahualpa Theme user for long, first i have to say thanks for such a great theme like this one, i love it. And here is my problem.

I have just updated my blog theme from Atahualpa 3.4.2 to Atahualpa 3.4.4 and made all the changes i needed but somehow the comments form does not show up on pages as it does on posts

i haven't made any major changes on the comments-paged.php, just changing some of the lines to spanish ('no comments' '1 comment to' etc.) and in the Atahualpa Theme Options on the WP Dashboard the option to show comments on pages is set to 'YES' and thanks to that i can see previous comments but can't make new ones.

I have check almost everything but can't find the answer, so i hope you can help me out.

edit: i have another doubt. i have configured the footer on posts to show me if there is a comment or no. When comments are closed for an especific post the text telling ppl that can't comment is shown on "bold" format, yet i have changed everything to "normal", to check just go the the home page the first to posts have comments closed so you can see "Lo sentimos, los comentarios están cerrados" on blod instead of normal text type. I want to know how to changed it to "normal" (i hope i made myself clear). Thanks again

edit 2: Hi again, i have new info on this, i have published two new pages and the comment form is there, seems it does not appear on old pages but it does in new ones. Hope this helps.
