How can I kill the box below my header image? I'm an very new at WP and not even sure what to call the box. It is the box where the Hello World post is when you first setup WP.

I deleted the hello world post but the box is still there.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am trying to get rid of the line just above "Commercial Letter of Credit"

Basically, I just need to know how to edit that part of the page. Maybe it is newbee stupidity, but I cannot find how to edit that part of the page.
