Wordpress Themes - WP Forum at BFA

There will be no more development for Atahualpa (or any other theme), and no support. Also no new registrations. I turned off the donation system. I may turn the forum to read only if it gets abused for spam. Unfortunately I have no time for the forum or the themes. How do I create a blog post page and put the link to it on a menu bar?

I have created several "Page" pages with a menu bar but with no posts or blogrolls. Now I want to create a blog post page and place the link to the menu bar. How do I do this? Where can I find the instructions for this? Thanks.
