How to have sound on mouse-over?

I've made a rollover image in Dreamweaver which has a sound when the mouse moves over it too. I've put the following code in HTML Inserts: Header

This is the code I have put on the page. I've missed out the middle bit with the other images

then ends with

I can get the image to change on mouse-over but can't get it to make the sound. Any idea what I'm doing wrong or is there a better way of doing this?
