Wordpress Themes - WP Forum at BFA

There will be no more development for Atahualpa (or any other theme), and no support. Also no new registrations. I turned off the donation system. I may turn the forum to read only if it gets abused for spam. Unfortunately I have no time for the forum or the themes. How do I make a pop up page when I click a link in my post?

I wanted to make a simple page as pop up to the link in my post?
Like when I click a name of a person his BIO will show in the pop up window?
Any help please?

OSX 10.11.5 WP 4.x Atahualpa(all) Safari, Firefox, Chrome

do a google search witht the terms 'html popup page' there is no automatic feature to do this, you will need to do some coding.
