but nothing appears, there's just a blank page, with :

This is a fresh install and not an upgrade right? If it is an upgrade I would suggest a different path than below.

Even though 3.4.9 is in the WordPress repository it is not the latest version. You should download 3.5.3 at wordpress.bytesforall.com and see if you get the same results. If you do then go to ATO>Export/Import setting and click the delete bfa_ata4 button.
