There will be no more development for Atahualpa (or any other theme), and no support. Also no new registrations. I turned off the donation system. I may turn the forum to read only if it gets abused for spam. Unfortunately I have no time for the forum or the themes. how to put external link in page menu bar

How can I put an external link to a page out side my blog in the page menu bar at bottom of my header image? I want the new link to be opened in a new window can that be done? I'm using Atahualpa 3.3.3. Any help will be appreciated
