Show Post Title as Page Title

Before changing themes, I had my blog set up to show the Post Title on the browser bar at the top. The Blog Title only showed went you went directly to the page url. I cannot seem to achieve this since changing to the Atahualpa 3 theme.

Under Permalinks, I have Custom Structure: /%postname%/

Under Theme Options > SEO > I selected Page Title - Blog Title

What is showing at the top of the browser is Blog - Post Title.

What do I need to change to make this happen?
