Wordpress Themes - WP Forum at BFA
There will be no more development for Atahualpa (or any other theme), and no support. Also no new registrations. I turned off the donation system. I may turn the forum to read only if it gets abused for spam. Unfortunately I have no time for the forum or the themes. Thanks a lot to the people who helped in all these years, especially Larry and of course: Paul. Take care and stay healthy -- Flynn, Atahualpa developer, Sep 2021

Is there an Overview of Atahualpa?

First let me say this theme is the best I've come across in years. I have set it up on 2 sites: http://www.matthewmuller.com and the main site I work on at http://www.buchanan.org/blog

What I cannot seem to find in the forum is a section dedicated to describing what to edit in Atahualpa that I would normally do in a standard WP file.

For example: I want to edit the WP file: search.php to add:

PHP Code:
<?php echo 'Search Results for "'the_search_query(); echo '"'?>
Which file should I edit in Atahualpa?

Thanks for a terrific theme. The code is so clean, the XHMTL so very valid, it almost brings me to tears of joy!

I agree with you that it would be good to have an "overview of the Atahualpa" theme, on what you can and cannot do with the theme. This could be done via video if possible?

I like your http://matthewmuller.com/ site very much. How did you make the site look like a "magazine" type of theme?

Sorry my mistake! I used a Revolution theme for that website. In fact I was hooked on Revolution until I discovered Atahualpa.

I am in the process of trying to convert Atahualpa to a quasi-magazine style theme for the buchanan.org site. I am stuck on a few things and will probably post some questions in the "sidebar" section of this forum.
