I upgrade manually my "underdomine" [ literally translated fro italian "sotto-dominio", is it done in a right way? :-))) ] theme from ATA 3.4.4 to 3.4.9. and than from 3.4.9.to 3.5.3.
BUT
i lost the list of atahualpa posts/pages Customized Field in the sense that
no functions are now available for that field.

How to solve that problem???

I do not understand what you mean by the posts/pages customized field.

Custom fields sound better?

Edit posts/pages mode: Custom field ( i attached a picture to explain better what i' m talking about)
I have no options available

Try going to the Atahualpa Theme Options>Configure SEO and select Yes for Use Post/Page Options
