Using ATA 3.6.4 WP 3.1 I'm new to this and don't know html or css. The text widget seems to be the widget to use to show a picture. I didn't see any example or basic instruction in ATA on how to put a picture into a text widget? Does the picture have to be sized to fit into a text widget? What is the code? A forum search didn't show anything.

The widgets are not part of Atahualpa and a basic understanding of HTML is expected when you start working with WordPress. So you need to start doing some learning and your first lesson is to do a google search on 'html img tag' and read about what you have to do.

After you read it (I suggest the w3schools.com site) if you have questions feel free to ask your detailed question.

Instead of text widget, I use the following which has better image control:
