There will be no more development for Atahualpa (or any other theme), and no support. Also no new registrations. I turned off the donation system. I may turn the forum to read only if it gets abused for spam. Unfortunately I have no time for the forum or the themes. wish to put the page menu and footer outside the main wrapper

Hello, i'm very new to atahualpha, i wish to know how i can put the page menu bar outside the main wrapper, on the top of the page..
I wish to do the same with the footer..
thanks a lot, i like a lot this mainframe...
