I just downloaded Atahualpa 3 and installed yesterday. Then, I followed your instructions in the sticky to move both side bars to the right side. I'm still figuring out what to put in these side bars.

BTW, I'm a complete novice on blogs, WP, and all types of coding. So, all instructions need to be at the beginners level. I surprized myself with moving the side bars with no difficulty.

Any way, all areas have these dotted lines around them. How do I get rid of them?

You can change this at A. Theme Options -> Sidebars -> LEFT sidebar style / RIGHT sidebar style

border-right: dashed 1px #CCCCCC;

border-left: dashed 1px #CCCCCC;

Delete these lines, or change "dashed" to "solid" if you wanted to have solid lines
