There will be no more development for Atahualpa (or any other theme), and no support. Also no new registrations. I turned off the donation system. I may turn the forum to read only if it gets abused for spam. Unfortunately I have no time for the forum or the themes. IE-- background flashing each time a page is loaded

The site I'm building is http://deckerinternetmarketing.com. For some reason, in IE the background flashes white each time you load a page. Any ideas?

OSX 10.11.5 WP 4.x Atahualpa(all) Safari, Firefox, Chrome
could be because the background image for the page is 268K and has to load, you should strive to keep it under 100K

Thanks jd... I reduced the size to 45K and it's still flashing!
