Every time a page is added it goes automatically to the navigation bar.
Can anyone help me how to avoid this? Thanks in advance

If you are using the new WordPress menu there is a checkbox in the menu area that you uncheck to prevent that from happening.

Thanks, turns out I manage to find Atahualpa theme options> second box: exclude page....
then get my page number, and voila!
