Exclude post from frontpage

I wonder if someone could help me find a way to exclude certain posts from displaying on the default multi-post home page of the blog.

OSX 10.11.5 WP 4.x Atahualpa(all) Safari, Firefox, Chrome
you will need to put some php code in the ATO option 'The LOOP' to
1) ask 'if I'm NOT on the front page continue'
2) Else 'if this isn't post ID x1 or x2 or x3 - continue
3) else skip the loop for this post

you might want to create a category 'not-on-front-page' then (2) would be
2) else 'if this post is not in category 'not-on-front-page', continue
