Wordpress Themes - WP Forum at BFA
There will be no more development for Atahualpa (or any other theme), and no support. Also no new registrations. I turned off the donation system. I may turn the forum to read only if it gets abused for spam. Unfortunately I have no time for the forum or the themes. Thanks a lot to the people who helped in all these years, especially Larry and of course: Paul. Take care and stay healthy -- Flynn, Atahualpa developer, Sep 2021

after searching and following the procedures given by juggledad, i added two horizontal widgets in my header area. i then added the logo in the first widget but when i add a banner in the second widget, the banner comes below the logo. Help me have the banner be in a horizontal line with the logo
this is the widget have added as recommended by juggledad

<?php bfa_widget_area('name=logo_widgets&cells=3&align=1 &align_2=9&align_3=7&&before_widget=<div id="%1$s" class="logo-widget %2$s">&after_widget=</div>'); ?>

use one widget area with two cells and have tehn aligned horizontally - see the description in the 'New Widger area' option

<?php bfa_widget_area('name=logo_widgets&cells=2&align_1 =9&align_2=3&&before_widget=<div id="%1$s" class="logo-widget %2$s">&after_widget=</div>'); ?>

the banner comes horizontally below the logo. Can i use css to bring the banner in line with the logo? and which?

Is that a typo or actual space in your code after the 'align_1?

taking a look at the source of a page of your site tells me that you do not seem to understand the basics of HTML.

This forum's purpose is to deal with issues with the theme, not to solve every problem created by other plugins and/or code added to the theme.

The unpaid moderators of this forum don't have the free time to teach each user how to design and debug their websites. One resource you can use is this thread 'So..you have a problem and need some help...'

creating a website and adding in all sorts of fancy features is not something you can exect to do overnight, it is something that you learn over time and doing your homework (taking a HTML and CSS tutorial) is the first step.
