Instead of # of comments; change to 'Post a comment' ?

I have been trying to change this and it is not showing after hitting save. Instead of showing how many comments at the end of each post, I want it to show: Post a comment. I've had many people ask me by email where they are supposed to post.

Now, I know this should be simple - I'm on medication for strep throat - that's my excuse.
