Mouse-over Services and you'll see some of the sub-menu items wrap.
For example Website Design is
Website
Design

It should be on one line. Not wrapping.

Can anybody explain this and offer a fix?

You probably just need to make your sub menu width wider in the theme settings.

I checked that. It's pretty wide. It's not every sub-menu item.

You have quite a few !important CSS statements it's hard to tell what might be causing the issue. I would strip most of that stuff out and only use !important where needed.
